Beyond equipment rental, Y Group provides ongoing industrial access services, dedicated on-site crews, compliance documentation, shutdown support, and site safety audits. For plants running continuous or periodic maintenance programmes, this is a fundamentally different proposition from transactional equipment hire.

What an Annual Maintenance Contract Covers

An AMC with Y Group is not a rental agreement with a longer duration. It is a managed service, we maintain the equipment, the crew, and the compliance record so your maintenance team can focus on plant uptime.

Dedicated On-Site Crew

IS 4014-certified erection supervisors permanently assigned to your facility. Named individuals with direct site contact numbers, known to your HSE team before the contract begins.

Scaffold Erection & Dismantling

All erection and dismantling carried out by our trained crew. IS 4014-compliant installation, pre-shift inspection records provided digitally to your HSE manager every morning.

Periodic Safety Inspections

Scheduled formal inspections of all deployed equipment by our HSE team, at intervals defined in the contract. Reports maintained in your site documentation system. Non-conformances escalated and rectified before the next operational shift.

Compliance Documentation

Complete IS certification records, inspection logs, supervisor credentials, and equipment audit trails maintained and available for HSE audits. If your site is audited, we provide the access equipment documentation package within 24 hours.

Shutdown Support

Planned Shutdowns & Turnarounds

Industrial shutdowns are the highest-stakes access environment. Production has stopped. Every hour is a direct cost. The scaffold must be ready before the window opens, not during it.

Under an AMC, your shutdown access planning starts 6–12 weeks before the maintenance window, not at PO confirmation. We design the scaffold layout with your maintenance team, confirm crew availability, pre-stage equipment at the nearest depot, and execute to a minute-by-minute erection schedule.

Safety Audit

Periodic Site Safety Audits

Under IS 4014, periodic inspection of scaffolding by a competent person is a compliance requirement, not optional. As part of industrial services contracts, we conduct scheduled formal audits of all deployed access equipment, with a written report delivered to your HSE manager within 24 hours of the audit.

Component-Level Inspection

Every tube, coupler, and platform board assessed against IS 4014 criteria. Non-conforming components tagged and withdrawn before the next shift.

Near-Miss Capture

Near-miss incidents reported to our HSE team and shared with your site safety officer, building the intervention culture that prevents incidents before they occur.

Written Audit Report

Formal written report within 24 hours. Findings, corrective actions, and sign-off by our IS 4014-certified supervisor. Maintained in your HSE documentation system.
