3× Productivity Gain in Warehouse Operations
Savex Technologies Private Limited deployed Y-Access Warehouse Ladders across Mumbai facilities to replace dangerous wall-support ladder usage with a safer, more productive system.
The right access solution turned their biggest safety worry into their highest-productivity zone.
Material loading and unloading operations now run 3× faster than the previous wall-support ladder method.
Warehouse Ladder specified at two height configurations tailored to each warehouse rack layout.
Since deployment, zero height-related accidents reported across the operational footprint.
Dangerous loading. Declining efficiency.
Savex Technologies Private Limited, a prominent company in the technology distribution sector, operated a multi-site warehouse network where its team relied on traditional wall-support ladders to load and unload materials from rack systems.
This approach was both dangerous and inefficient. Workers regularly navigated rack sections at height without proper platform support, increasing accident risk and slowing throughput. Material damage during handling added cost on top of safety concerns.
Savex recognised the fix had to come from the access equipment itself, not procedural change alone.

Warehouse Ladders, at two tuned heights, with on-site demo.
In February, the Savex team reached out to Y-Access for a comprehensive assessment. After on-site survey, Y-Access specified a Warehouse Ladder at two different heights — each configuration tuned to specific rack geometry across Savex's warehouse locations.
To validate fit and train operators, Y-Access ran a live site demonstration. Savex staff walked through the ladder's platform, guardrails, castor lock and 295 mm step pitch before purchase — giving the buyer full confidence in safety and usability.
