Adani Power operates high-capacity thermal plants where control room bus-bars carry 30+ kV continuous loads. The existing aluminium access ladders and mobile towers sat dangerously close to live conductors during routine maintenance.
The central EHS team mandated a site-wide switch to verified non-conductive access equipment with third-party electrical certification — no exceptions.
